Free Running Is Intense!

Free Running is basically art by the form of movement. It's sort of like dancing, but more acrobatic. The movement of Free Running is commonly described as "parkour." Parkour is defined as an activity with the aim of moving from one point to another as efficiently and quickly as possible, using principally the abilities of the human body. So, free runners use the movement of parkour in urban and rural areas to perform their tricks and stunts. These guys have serious strength and are very athletic. This particular video was suggested by one of my homies, Marko. This video is on its way to 4,000,000 views on youtube. I guarantee you'll be amazed. Enjoy.
