Marko Mondays: Best Basketball Player In The World?


Kobe Bryant: Yes that’s right Kobe Bryant is the best player in the world without a doubt. No disrespect to Lebron James and Chris Paul as they will lead the NBA in the future. He is by far the most talented player in the world and plays with tremendous passion. He has the will to win and a killer instinct that never lets him be anything less than the best. He has more responsibility than any other player in the league and thrives on the pressure. He is a 9 time all-star, 2 time all-star game MVP, 7 time all defensive player, 1997 slam dunk champion, 2 time scoring champion and 1 MVP award. Plus 1 of the most incredible things ever witnessed when Kobe scored 81 points against our beloved Toronto Raptors in the 05-06 season (don’t need to get into that). Despite what some may say about Bryant, he takes a Lakers team to the playoffs every year. He can come off sometimes as a little cocky and selfish, but as we all know the same things were said about Michael Jordan in the mid 80's. Speaking of Jordan, just think how good Bryant would be if he was allowed to travel and palm the ball the way Jordan did. Kobe Bryant is one of the least respected superstars in professional sports by referees constantly getting hacked and roughed up by his opposition. All around offensively and defensively Kobe Bryant is the best player since Michael Jordan.
