Marko Mondays: P90X - Get absolutely fit in just 90 days
I know what you’re thinking right now, what kind of bogus program is this; I shouldn’t even waste my time with this program. I was like many of y’all, but I decided to give it a try since one of my co-workers told me to get into it and told me it really does work. I was really skeptical of this program, but once I actually started doing it, I knew it wasn’t a joke. The program was made by famous fitness trainer Tony Horton and is made to help anyone strive to become their fittest. P90X comes with 12 sweat-including, muscle-pumping workouts. They are:
Chest & Back: Targeted strength and definition workout emphasizes two classic upper-body exercises.

Shoulders & Arms: Potent combination of pressing, curling, and fly movements, which will leave you stronger.
Yoga: Combines strength, balance, flexibility, and breath work to enhance your physique and calm your mind.

There are several items which you will need before you start this program:
- Dumbbells/Resistance bands

Each workout is around 1 hour except the yoga which is an hour and a half. You also get a 3-phase nutrition plan, since we all know dieting is important when working out, a fitness guide, and a “how to bring it” video. I say if you’re lazy and don’t want to go to the gym or just don’t even like going to the gym, should you give this program a try and you will see results guaranteed. Do Work!
