This video is a little interview of DJ Clark Kent. He shows off some of his exclusives, while giving a small background behind the shoe. He also talks about music and how money took over hip hop. He also talks about my favourite rapper, Jay-Z along with 2Pac, Grandmaster Caz and Biggie. It's very interesting which is exactly why I felt like I had to post it. So, enjoy.
The song is hella dope. I just wanna know what the fuck is he doing in this video?! It looks like G-dep is going though a "Young Gunz" phase. LOL. For you guys who don't know already, Young Gunz had to move back to the block due to poor album sales. Anyways, G-dep kinda looks like he's just walking through his block with a digital camera. LOL! Anyways, the song is crazy and I wanna hear what he's got coming off his new album "Deponomics." To reminisce about the good old days with G-dep click HERE. Bad Boy!!
Kevin Martin from the Sacramento Kings sign to Jordan Brand. He was previously signed to Adidas. Jordan seems to be wanting to sign more established players. In the 2007-2008 season, Kevin Martin dropped a career high 23.7 points. Jordan Brand couldn't turn down one of the hottest young players out. To me personally, he is very under rated. Kevin Martin being a Jordan fan himself rocking #23 must be happy to be signed to JB. Here are some pictures of his player edition Nike Zoom BB's.

Emre Durmus' latest concept is the Blackbook M. This mobile phone is sleek and slim. It features a slide out keyboard and Android OS. This mobile phone was inspired by his previous concept of the Blackbook.
The luxury of being Michael Jordan's son is that you can get any personal exclusive Jordans at anytime. These particular ones are only for Marcus Jordan (Michael's youngest) and will never be released to the public. He has customized Air Jordan 9's that are black with yellow accents and #5 stitched to the back and Air Jordan 10's that are white with yellow accents.
This video is so shocking to a point where I caught myself laughing. Is this guy stupid or what? This video contains some replay of Kevin Durant and an ESPN analyst drops the N-bomb.
This video will give you the experience Chris Bosh had during his time in Beijing. I guess I would never have the feeling of being in the same building (Bird's Nest) as people from all around the world. AK-47 kills me. LOL. So, I hope you enjoy this video and experience the Olympics through Chris Bosh's eyes.
I was thinking to my self whether or not I should introduce myself, but you know ya gotta! The name is Marko. What can I say, I'm 20, enjoying life to the fullest, love my family and love my homies. As most other guys, I love my sports, particularly basketball and soccer. What I would do without sports, DAMN! Now with what I'll bring to this blog. I got my own segment here from my close friend and owner of this blog Jhumar where I will be posting anything from sports to current events. Gotta spice it up! The segment is going to be called "Marko Mondays." If y'all got opinions or anything you want to share just comment. Enjoy.
For my first entry, we gotta go back to the 2004 NBA draft. The Toronto Raptors select Brazilian center Rafael Araujo from BYU with the 8th overall pick. Heads turning, shoulders shrugging, people wondering who the heck is this guy? Myself, I thought wow another scrub/bust that will leave to Europe soon. Reminded me when the Raptors selected Serbian center Aleksandar Radojevic with the 12th overall pick in the 1999 NBA Draft. Both were tall and completely useless. As you watch the video you see Araujo running the floor ready to get the pass and go strong to the basket. The thing that makes it worse is that man starts yelling when he's about to go up and dunk it like it was going to be a fierce dunk, but what happens is he bricks it off the front rim and makes himself look like a fool. In his rookier year he averaged 3.3 points and 3.1 rebounds in 12.5 minutes per game. In his second season with the Toronto Raptors he averaged 11.6 minutes a game, 2.3 points, and 2.8 rebounds while shooting 36.6% from the field. So basically, another scrub. On June 8, 2006 he got traded to the Utah jazz for Kris Humphries and Robert Whaley. He played 28 games for the Utah Jazz averaging 2.6 points and 2.4 rebounds per game in 8.9 minutes. After the season ended, he moved to Europe and signed with some European team and now I have no clue and really don't care about where is he since he's a garbage player. Rumour is that he got invited to the Minnesota camp for the 2008-2009 Season. No idea what the Timberwolves are thinking but as I say, "You do You." What really ticks me off about this selection is Rob Bobcock (don't get me started on him) selected Hoffa (as he was known here in Tornoto) ahead of highly touted Andre Iguodala who now is a all-star player in the NBA. MANNNNN!!!! Well what can you do...
Hats Hoodies Kicks is very amped about their new team member! From the previous post, a video was suggested to me from one of my close friends, Marko. Him and I have decided that he would join Hats Hoodies Kicks. He's going to have a post where he's going to talk about anything from current events to sports to anything funny. He's a funny guy, so I can't wait to see what he wants to say to the internet world. His posts are going to be headlined with a title called "Marko Mondays." Every Monday, you should expect something interesting from my homie, Marko. Hats Hoodies Kicks' current team members: Jumz, Marko. All you bloggers watch out!
Free Running is basically art by the form of movement. It's sort of like dancing, but more acrobatic. The movement of Free Running is commonly described as "parkour." Parkour is defined as an activity with the aim of moving from one point to another as efficiently and quickly as possible, using principally the abilities of the human body. So, free runners use the movement of parkour in urban and rural areas to perform their tricks and stunts. These guys have serious strength and are very athletic. This particular video was suggested by one of my homies, Marko. This video is on its way to 4,000,000 views on youtube. I guarantee you'll be amazed. Enjoy.
This kid can play the yo-yo like Lebron James is rich..I mean play basketball. Anyways, he does crazy tricks that I don't even understand how. I used to run the yo-yo game with little tricks, but after seeing this I feel like I was pretty shit. Well, I guess I was shit. LOL. This video is pretty entertaining and on top of it Kanye West - Stronger is the background music. Peep the yo-yo collection! Anyways, watch and enjoy.
I just saw Iron Man last night with my girlfriend. I had to watch it because I was probably the only person in the world who hasn't seen it. I saw it and I thought it was INSANE! A lot of people I know compare it to The Incredible Hulk movie. I'm not really sure which one was better. I think Hulk was better just because the action scenes were out of this world. Anyways, to go along with the movie, I've posted some Iron Man Fitteds. Enjoy.
So, this is hopefully going to be my new car. I HOPE. My dad and I went to the Toyota dealership and I loved it even more. I have to learn how to drive manual first. LOL. I heard it's easy. My dad said he could teach me in an hour. The car just had so many dope features. It has an outlet plug in the car! If I'm going to get a 2009 Matrix, I'm not settling for anything less then an XRS fully loaded. We'll see what the future holds for me.
This bike is made by "Land Rider." It shifts gears automatically. So cool! I always hated shifting gears. This way you can enjoy the bike ride rather then concentrating so much on shifting. Click HERE to learn more about the new Land Rider bikes.
Damnnnnn! These Air Force V's are nasty. These are the ones Barkley actually wore and signed. This shoe is pretty historic when Charles Barkley ran with the 76ers in the 1990-1991 season. Barkley dropped 27.6 points/game and grabbed 10.1 rebounds/game. He also made his 5th consecutive appearance to the all-star game. Too bad the 76ers lost to the Bulls in the semi-finals. Anyways, here's a picture of the gigantic size 15.5 shoe worn and signed by Charles Barkley.
Nike Air Force V Low - Game worn and signed by Charles Barkley
Wow. The Raptors are going to be stylin' on everyone this season with their new alternate road uniform. So this would be the 3rd uniform they will possibly be using this season. The black and red is freshhhh. The back of the uniform features a little red maple leaf just a bit higher then the last name area just below the neck. Here's a picture of Jose Calderon and Chris Bosh unveiling the new uniform on Thursday for fans and guests.
Kanye West has been working hard in the studio on 808's And Heartbreak. Look at his scruffiness. LOL. He announced his album to release in mid-December, but according to his blog he wants to release it in November. He said that he's done the album and he wants us to hear it asap. Can't wait!
I rep HOMIES all day, but we haven't chilled in forever! I miss them. I know everyone is busy with school, work and shit. So yeah, here's our latest group picture. Most of The Homies
Toronto's franchise players of each sport come together: Vernon Wells from the Jays, Chris Bosh from the Raptors, and Mats Sundin from the Leafs. The humorous Cabbie was lucky enough to have these 3 athletes under one roof and sat down to talk. Very interesting and funny. I recommend to watch. You'll be proud to be from Toronto!
I'm planning to order a set of skullcandy headphones to go with my ipod. These are so gangster! At $80 it's affordable.
-------------------------------------------------
If I was a serious baller I would cop me a pair of Monster Beats by Dre Headphones. At $350 each..you must be crazy! Quoted by Dr. Dre, "People aren't hearing all the music. Artists and producers work hard in the studio perfecting their sound. But people can't really hear it with normal headphones. Most headphones can't handle the bass, the details, the dynamics. Bottom line, the music doesn't move you. With Beats, people are going to hear what the artists hear, and listen to the music the way they should: the way I do."
-------------------------------------------------
This a pic of Lebron James rocking the Beats by Dre headphones. He copped the whole entire Team USA a set of the Beats by Dre headphones for the flight. Now that's insane..pocket change for Lebron though.
This video consists of a live performance by an all-star line up for a good cause. This song is called "Just Stand Up" and it was performed at the "Stand Up To Cancer" telethon earlier this month. This song was made when L.A. Reid conceived the collaboration with the founder of "Stand Up To Cancer." L.A. Reid co-produced the track with Babyface and it came out pretty wicked. Click HERE to go to the "Stand Up To Cancer" website to find out how you can donate and get involved.
Beyonce, Carrie Underwood, Ciara, Mariah Carey, Miley Cyrus, Rihanna, Nicole Scherzinger, Natasha Bedingfield, Fergie, Leona Lewis, Keyshia Cole, Mary J. Blige, Ashanti - Just Stand Up
This video is a live performance by Josh Groban at the 60th Primetime Emmy Awards. In his performance, he sang a medley of classic TV theme songs. He sang theme songs from old and new shows and even cartoons. He brought back some memories! Enjoy.
Today I went downtown Toronto with some of my cousins. We were chillin' while we grabbed some street meat and I saw a guy walk by and he looked kind of familiar. After, I realized that it was Sol Guy, the Host of MTV's "4 Real." My cousins and I saw him after doing an interview with K'naan. He was nice enough to have a little conversation with us and let us take a picture with him. He told us that the new season of 4 Real is coming out in November. Anyways, here's a picture of us with him.
This dude is CRAZY. His singing is dope. AND he's Filipino! At least I think he is. LOL. He's signed to G.P. Music. He also does covers on youtube. Check his other stuff out on youtube. Click HERE for his youtube channel and click HERE for his myspace.
T-Pain & Lil' Wayne - Can't Believe It (Cover) - JR Aquino
I kinda don't get it, but oh well. I think it's about how Bill Gates connects billions of people using Windows and Seinfeld wanted to connect with people in a different way. I dunno. LOL. It's just amazing because Jerry Seinfeld is hilarious and I pretty much laughed throughout the whole thing. I suggest you watch it in high quality. Click HERE and click "watch in high quality" under the video box. Enjoy.
This hoody is hella fly. I'm starting my new job tomorrow. It's only temporary until I get my results back from the dreaded Canadian Registered Practical Nurse Exam. Anyways, this is probably gonna be one of my first purchases. With that said, don't even think of coppin' it!! LOL. If you do, I'll punch you like that black guy that got scared by the masked guy, which is 5 posts down.
Okay, so yeah..I have a girlfriend. She is beautiful, funny, and treats me good. We've been together for almost 6 years. We used to live in the same city, but now we're in a semi-long distant relationship. She's about 40 minutes away from where I am. If I get charged extra to call her, it's a long distance relationship to me. LOL. Anyways, here's a throwback picture of us from back in the day. I know she's going to get mad at me about this, but oh well. I have more throwback pictures that are even older then this one so keep checking back. Hope you can get a laugh or a smile out of this webcam picture. LOL.
So, the Jordan 6 Rings are kinda getting played out by all the colourways that they're coming out with. Not a big fan of the Olympic ones or the weird black ones. A lot of people probably copped the first set that came out, but these Laser Edition ones are SICK! To me, these are a must have. Here are a couple of pictures in a detailed look.
This video is so jokes. I'm guessing it's a school interviewing thing with a Halloween theme. While one guy was interviewing another guy, a masked dude scared the guy getting interviewed and he got knocked!..hahaha!! Never scare a black guy or you'll get knocked. LOL!!
This guy could get up! His name is Guy Dupuy and he is only 6'3". This dude is jumping over 2 guys doing some crazy stuff in the air and then he jumps over 4 guys! Like damn! Honestly, just watch.
I'm just chillin' here in my hoody and a bottled water. Every other day I go on youtube and find entertaining videos. During my youtube session today, I found something hilarious that I thought I should post on my blog. This video includes slow motion punches on random people. The build-up to the actual punch is amazing! After the build-up, everyone gets punched the fuck up! I wonder how much they got paid to get punched like that. Well, at least it was funny. Everyones' face turns into JELLO!!..haha..Hope you guys enjoy this. LOL!
Chris Bosh, Dwilliams, Dwight Howard, CP3, and Lebron James eating Wendy's at a gas station
Dwight Howard is wearing a hell of a lot of Nike in this video. Isn't he sponsored by Adidas? Hmmm.. For those who don't know or remember the Team USA picture controversy with Dwight Howard covering the Nike symbol on his shorts and Coach K covering his Adidas kicks CLICK HERE! If I was Adidas, I'd be pissed..LOL.
Watched it open night and thought it was a good movie. I was expecting it to sell out, but it didn't. Pacino is so gansgter throughout the whole thing. De Niro did his thing. Rob Dyrdek is in the movie for a couple seconds for all you Rob & Big fans. 50 Cent played a bigger part that I thought he would. Donnie Wahlberg played a pretty big part for all you New Kids On The Block fans. I wouldn't recommend watching it in the theaters, but I would recommend to rent. All in all, Pacino did work!
Chris Bosh just chillin' before training camp starts and reppin' T DOT to the fullest. He's not even from Toronto, but he still copped Kardinal Offishall's album called Not 4 Sale. Honestly, if you're from Canada you need to buy this. We gotta support our people. BUY 2 ALBUMS!! 1 for the car and 1 kept in the seal..haha! Anyways, enjoy this video. BRUUUAH!!
I've had my head in the books for a while now. I haven't talked much to my girl lately. I haven't been chillin' with my homies lately. I pretty much have everything on the line for what I'm studying for and I've secluded a lot of what's most important to me. I need prayer. Praise God. I know that I got my girl supporting me, my homies got my back, and God will guide me through. With that said, I feel comfortable.
So, Andy Roddick was called wide by the chair umpire. Roddick got mad and served the ball with hulk like instincts..LOL! The ball got stuck into the clay. I was stunned and said, "WTF?!" Then I laughed. Anyways, I hope this gives you a pick me up or at least makes you smile. ENJOY.
A Jay-Z classic. Honestly, there is more where that came from, but I was vibin' hard to this song today when I was rockin' to Jay-Z like I do on the daily. Everyday I get my dose of Jay-Z. New shit or old shit..whatever I'm feelin' at the time. So here you go. Enjoy.
